It usually takes less then two weeks to design and develop a website, but can take longer depending on the complexity of the website. For most e-commerce sites it takes about four weeks to complete.Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes, all of our hosting packages come with 3 free professional e-mail accounts which we will set up for you. We can provide and set up additional e-mail accounts for a small charge.Can you design and host my website even though I live outside of Yorkshire?
Absolutely. Even though we are based in York, North Yorkshire, it makes no difference where you live. We can design and host websites for businesses worldwide. Because most of our business is done over the internet all you need is an e-mail and a telephone. Because we upload your website onto our test server you can view its progress from anywhere in the world.Do we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
In most cases a meeting isn't necessary as most of our websites are completed through e-mail and telephone. We e-mail a plan of your website to you for approval, then upload your website design onto our test server so you can view its progress as we liaise with you throughout the web design process.Who owns the website once it is finished?
The website belongs to you. We send you a copy of the website on cd so you can find a company to host it for you. Alternatively we can host it for you as we have our own reliable hosting package. Our hosting package comes with free professional e-mails, free updates and fantastic support.Can you provide all our web design and hosting services?
Yes ,we provide full web services such as registering your domain name, designing your website and providing your web hosting services.When you ask for text and images for my website what format should they be in?
We always recommend that you send your text and images to us by electronic format, by either e-mail or post. If this is not possible don’t worry as we can help you convert documents into electronic format for a small price.What if I do not like the design?
That’s fine, we can discuss the web design further and look at the job from another angle. It's your website and we do aim to please.What after sales service is there?
We will monitor your site for one month after its launch to check that everything is to your satisfaction. We provide free after sales service and full support to all of our customers and are available by phone and e-mail.What ranking will I get on the search engines?
It is impossible for anyone to predict where you will be ranked on any of the different search engines. There are a number of factors that contribute to getting a good placement on each search engine. A well constructed and coded website as well as good quality links, are just two features that will improve your search engine rank. Our hosting package includes 1 hour’s free updates per month which is usually sufficient time to make any minor updates or alterations to your website. If you need additional updates our prices are very competetive. We also provide a content management system which is usually used to update websites on a regular basis.Can I add more pages onto my website once its finished?
Yes, you can add as many pages as you like. We only charge a flat rate per page and an update fee to add them on to your site.Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes, we can give you a full consultation while we are looking at your site online and give you a quote for re-designing it. We can retain your company's corporate style or give you a complete new image.I already have a website but I need to update it, can you help me?

Yes, we can design shopping carts for you and also set up the payment method. You can either use your own pdq. card machine and process the card payment yourself or use a clearance company such as Paypal. We can advises you on the best method for your particular business.Do you use Flash animation in your website design?
Yes we do use Flash in our websites. Although Flash animation can look fantastic, using Flash can have its drawbacks. Search engines can sometimes have problems reading full Flash websites and some screen readers can not read Flash at all.If I want to move my website to another host would this be a problem?
You are under no obligation to keep your hosting package with us and can change hosts at any time.
